Is this compatible with the original Wyrmwood GM Screen?
No, it is not. We developed the original Wyrmwood GM Screen five years ago, and we’ve learned and grown a lot since then. The new design represents a lot of evolution, and ultimately a much stronger offering. But to get there, we had to break free from the old one, unfortunately.

Do I have to pledge for everything I want now, during the campaign?
No! You will have a chance to confirm the items you’d like, and add any additional ones, in the pledge manager after the campaign ends. At this point, your pledge is a placeholder that reserves you a fulfillment spot. What those funds ultimately go towards is up to you, and is 100% not decided until the survey locks later on.
So, for now, it’s okay to be undecided! Besides, with the campaign still going on, you may not have even seen everything there is to offer yet…

Are all the rewards going to ship in November 2022?
No. As mentioned in the pledge reward description, as well as the Risks & Challenges section, we only have one reward tier for technical reasons having to do with the Kickstarter system. In reality, we will be staggering out backer orders over a period of months, with each monthly “wave” having a set number of backers. Our pledge calculator has a tool to estimate which wave you’ll be in if you back the campaign at that time, and we’ll be including the schedule in our first update. You’ll also be able to confirm your wave when the pledge manager opens, roughly two weeks after the Kickstarter campaign concludes.
Backer waves are determined by the order in which you’ve backed the campaign. The earliest backers should see their orders ship during November 2022, the next group of backers in January 2023 (no December wave), and subsequent groups in February and every month after, until we’re completely fulfilled.

Can I change my pledge amount?
Yes! Your pledge can be increased, decreased, or cancelled entirely, at any point during the Kickstarter campaign. You won’t be charged until the campaign ends, at which time your pledge will be final. Note that changing your pledge also will not impact your backer number, so you won’t “lose your spot” in the fulfillment order by modifying your pledge amount.
While you cannot change your pledge once the campaign is over, you will get another chance to add to it (though not decrease it) during the pledge manager survey when you choose your items, confirm your order, and provide your shipping information. Remember that your Kickstarter pledge is just a placeholder, and your actual order will be determined in the pledge manager AFTER the campaign.

How do I use my WyrmwoodGaming.com Gyft Certificate towards this project?
If you have a WyrmwoodGaming.com Gyft Certificate, you can use it to supplement your pledge. You’ll have the opportunity to do so in the survey portion of our pledge manager after the campaign concludes; full details will be provided there. It is important to understand that you cannot use your certificate to REPLACE your pledge on Kickstarter, only to ADD to it; be sure to keep that in mind if you’re pledging the total cost of your GM Screen here on Kickstarter.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
All dates below are estimated to the best of our ability, and subject to change if necessary.
Fulfillment for Kickstarter backers is due to BEGIN in November 2022, for the first wave of our Kickstarter fulfillment (the earliest backers). The final wave is due to complete shipping in June 2023.
PRE-ORDERS will begin shipping at the conclusion of Kickstarter fulfillment, in late June or July, and fulfillment will continue for as long as necessary based on the total volume of pre-orders received.
FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE
Fulfillment will occur in monthly waves, with backers in each wave due to ship by the end of their designated month. Backer orders may ship early if inventory is available to fill their order which is not needed for an earlier wave.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
